An Emote Wall for Twitch.tv streams to serve as a browser overlay in your streaming software. Only emotes officially recognized by Twitch are supported as we get the information directly from Twitch.

By downloading the Emote Wall files, you can run the overlay locally without a dependency to this website. An in-browser connection to Twitch is used to react to emotes used in a stream's chat.

In OBS, use a file:/// URL instead of the “local file” option so you can include configuration parameters.

Name of the Twitch channel for which to display emotes.


Does not apply to all animations. Some animations are smaller than others by nature.

Variation around the base emote size.


Chance for emotes of one message to be grouped in a single animation.


Chance for an emote to be added to the next train. Once enough emotes have been set aside for the next train, it will go “choo-choo!”

Number of emotes in a train.

A train should move from one side to the other at least this many times.

A train might be delayed by this many seconds.
